H. H. Dow Thank You

Thank you for sponsoring the 2024 H.H. Dow High School Trap team. We appreciate all the support that we receive – our success would not be possible without sponsors like you!

The 2024 season kicked off in March, and I was happy to see the team continue to grow year-over-year and develop so quickly. We had a total of 17 athletes this year, 25% will be graduating, and 75% will be returning next year! We practiced hard weekly, and really came together as a team. It was outstanding to see the kids build each other up, support each other, and cheer each other on in such a safe and positive way. Many shared successes were celebrated, from individual top scores to team members helping fine tune each other’s technique.

In June, the team went to the State competition and competed in individual, and team meets. We had 4 athletes place in the top 5 in the state for the Novice Division, and 1 athlete tied for 1st place in the state for the J.V. Division.

We are proud to be part of the fastest-growing high school sport in the nation. As with any sport, it takes not only a commitment from the athlete and parents, but a financial commitment as well. Because of your SCI donation, the team was able to provide team jerseys at no cost to the athletes, which is a huge benefit. Thank you for this generous donation! Next year we plan to include sponsor logos on our jerseys and hope to continue our partnership so we can display the SCI logo on our jersey backs for all to see.
