Nominating Application

SCI Mid Michigan Chapter

This award will be presented to those who go above and beyond getting individuals, both young and old, involved in hunting, conservation, and in the continued fight for hunter’s rights, along with overcoming adversities. Nominated individuals do not need to be members of the Mid-Michigan Chapter of SCI, but do need to exhibit some or all of the criteria stated.

We are looking for people to nominate individuals they know, that fall under the above categories. Nominating Deadline is February 14th, 2024.

A committee will review the applications and pick out a winner. The award winner will have this award presented to them at the Mid Michigan Chapter SCI Fundraiser on Saturday, February 24th, 2024.

In a couple short paragraphs describe/explain, why your nominee deserves to win the Larry & JoAnne Witte Legacy Award.
