Mid Michigan Safari Club’s 45th Annual Hunter’s Convention Gala!
Friday, Feb 23rd and Saturday, Feb 24th, 2024!
You are invited! Mid Michigan Chapter of Safari Club International presents the 45th Hunter’s Convention Gala at Soaring Eagle Convention Center. The event will feature American and International huntin adventures, wildlife displays, outfitters from around the world, raffle and door prizes, shopping for fur coats and jewelry, along with the latest in hunting equipment.
Friday and Saturday will be open to the public with an admission fee. Friday events include a Youth Raffle, Auction Items, and a Members Only Raffle. Saturday events include a Special Awards Ceremony, Ttopical Themed Buffet, Silent Auction and Live Auction!
FRIDAY
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC Membership/Outfitter Celebration Night. Doors open at 5pm. $10 cover charge per person without a weekend ticket. Under 12 free. Cash Bar. Membership sign up. New this year: Buy a beer mug for $25 and get free refills for the evening. Live Auction. Youth Deer Hunt Drawing. Member Only Drawing for a Muskie Fishing Trip. Raffles.
SATURDAY
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC 11am - 3pm, $5 at the door. Saturday evening reception begins at 4pm for weekend ticket holders only. Tropical Themed buffet dinner, cash bar, raffles and drawings, silent auction. VIP Speaker, Kyle Green from Greenway Outdoors. $th Annual With Award Presentation. Live Auction begins at 7pm
BOTH DAYS
NEW THIS YEAR: Fun and socializing in the entertainment hall. Cornhole, shooting games, raffles and drawings!
